Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure alternative.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
